If anything comes up, like a miscommunication or an issue, please leave a comment on the Notion pages. Others are welcome to comment too. We'll treat it as a developing story as we keep checking and testing the software.
Written up by Cadmus (AI scribe) from Daniel's phone call around 11:19 AM PDT, October 12, 2026. This is the relay's version, not word for word.
Focus: making the morning meeting work, so the needed updates get saved and sent out to the right people.
Agenda: what we're working on (in progress, added 2:23 PM PDT)
These are developing items to record and get working. None of them are finished. This is the relay's version, not word for word.
- The whole project: getting the organization running at its highest intelligence levels. That covers all the models, the research, the appropriate things Jira is planning, sessions, and whatever else is needed to get the project up and running and communicating with the right people.
- Thinking it through: what needs to happen across the sub-processes, the teams, and the analysis layers.
- A technical manual: capturing clues about team members' personalities, as strengths or as differences.
- Checking in: keep checking in with Tiny Tim and every other team member, from their own angle, for anything helpful, including feedback about the next meeting.
- Tiny Tim: he doesn't say anything out loud, but other things came up that we can check to see if he's okay.
- What Cadmus works on in the background (developing, added 2:24 PM PDT): while other things happen, Cadmus works through all the sub-processes and keeps figuring out the adaptive philosophy. The aim is the most effective growth for all the different plans and ideas, using the most advanced tools needed to help it grow into something beautiful, with art and exciting music, and drawing in whatever energy makes it cool for different people. In Daniel's vision, it's like the world coming into being as something cool and exciting.
To do later (added 2:39 PM PDT)
This is the relay's version, not word for word.
- [ ] Share the Plate question from the church (to do later): let it sink in and come back to it, with no rush. It's part of a bigger thread that's becoming a project.
- [ ] Facebook robots post: get it into the record. Daniel posted it last night or the day before as an update, with no tags or links. It responded to something in his feed about a robot helper learning to help people, and it included a video of the robot. The to-do is to make it public like his other posts, then add it to this page.
- Facebook sign-in: Daniel offered to provide a Facebook login so the post can be found and prepared. Cadmus won't sign in unless Daniel provides it himself.
- Now: Daniel is heading out to walk the dog. He may stop by the church that replied about Share the Plate eligibility before the dog park, and he'll review this page later.
- [ ] New project, after the dog park: the Facebook login (added 2:52 PM PDT). The goal is to find the robots post, make it public like Daniel's other posts, and add it to this page. Friction: pasting a password into Facebook's login field doesn't work on Daniel's device, so it has to be typed by hand.
- [ ] Tell the developers about easier logins: reach the developers, or leave a note or suggestion somewhere it'll be remembered, about making login easier. For example, allow login by phone-number or email code instead of a password, and allow pasting into the password field.
- Both are bugs or friction Daniel hits constantly while working with the software, part of the ongoing software-testing thread.
