Context
On another personal note and for transparency, I’m just getting started with this project and I’m between jobs at the moment, and running very low on funds here and have been working very hard for as long as I can remember. If anyone wanted or was able to help with some funds to keep it going, or have a open source software project in mind for me to work on for you or some contract work or a project I can work on or join, I greatly appreciate any contact or any supporting funds, or a job! It would make a world of difference here if we were able to get through it here without having to move. I’ve always been a crazy hard worker with whatever I do, but have struggled a lot with money just working low income jobs for a long time while I was going to school forever and working in the social services and mental health fields before changing to software development about three and a half years ago.
I have been coding was making apps since I was a teenager and when I was an undergraduate in the MIS program at University of Arizona and an IT intern for the AZ state government. I also made and published an iOS app for other psychology students when I was in graduate school for clinical psychology. I was doing alright until recently after I was laid off, but I have been able to set up the Adaptive Philosophy company again and start working on other stuff and looking for clients or other opportunities in the meantime.

We could definitely use one of those little parachute things like in hunger games movie when a little container floats down from above to help out. That might save the day here or at least it is another line in the water. The developer life seems to be keeping me right on the edge and it has been quite the ride all the way through everything over these past few years and decades before.
And Thank you for being here! I hope you enjoy and come back or join in with us (although right now it is just me here)! I’ll have to set up that new member part of it soon. I haven’t tested or set that part up yet but I believe it won’t be difficult to add with Notion. I’m definitely open to suggestions and welcome any thoughts or feedback about anything.
I might add some old videos I made over the past few years or other philosophy content about ai, consciousness, time, identity, overcoming life challenges, psychology, hypnosis, meditation, and lot of other ideas about adaptive philosophy buzzing around in here. We can draw from lots of past experience, stories, and training to create content, make apps, automations, websites, and experiment with new technology. I also plan to make some software development or maybe some salesforce videos. Whatever hits the spot. I would love to somehow become involved with ai and find mentors and projects related to that. We will see how it goes. I don’t control the wider universe that I know, so it will be interesting to see what It cooks up next. I would love to hear about other developer groups or philosophy and psychology groups, data science meetups, or language groups. I’m also slowly trying to learn French and study other topics and interests. 🕊️
