Our Journey

Welcome to Adaptive Philosophy Foundation, where innovation meets impact. Born from a passion for technology and a vision to revolutionize the digital landscape, our journey began in the heart of Arizona's tech community in 2019 as an LLC called Adaptive Philosophy LLC, where we started making a website with NextJS a React-based website with Javascript, still at our development address apsoftware.dev. We attended Galvanize Meetups in Phoenix after leaving graduate school and wanted to do the Data Science coding bootcamp there, but could not afford the living expenses, even with a scholarship, so we learned Python and continued graduate-level data science and statistics research on our own.

We set out to explore the endless possibilities within the world of web development, committed to making a difference one line of code at a time. The director discovered the world of Salesforce and became an enthusiastic member of the Salesforce development community. He received Salesforce training at Revature and was then contracted to do Salesforce development for Randstad and PWC, and then also worked for ChenMed as a Salesforce Software Engineer. We closed the LLC in AZ when we were working for those other companies; now we are starting again as a Non-Profit Charitable Christian Veterans Benefit Organization in Washington. The Director is a U.S. Army Veteran who served during and at the end of Operation Desert Storm and is a lifelong Christian baptized as a baby and confirmed in the All Saints Episcopal Church in Phoenix as a teenager. Also trained with numerous healing modalities as part of his lifelong research and Doctorate Research project, and advanced training at the Milton Erickson Foundation, which continues with daily practice of prayer and meditation, and other things to maintain spiritual well being and health.

In 2021, we embarked on a new chapter, relocating to the vibrant shores of South Florida and incorporating in Delaware. This move marked a significant milestone in our growth, reflecting our expanding horizons and the evolution of our mission to reach new heights in software excellence. We started the Adaptive Philosophy Foundation here in Olympia, Washington November 2025, after a long journey across the country from Florida. We set up here in Olympia as a homeless veteran and became familiar with the area and community here.

We want to make an impact with veterans and their families and improve the lives of the people who are suffering with assistive technology and other resources we can find. We were also in a rush creating this and testing the ai generating the text, so it may have been a little overzealous with its wording. 🙂
